We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room overlooking the mountains. Such a beautiful breathtaking Scenery. Unforgettable experience watching sunsets and sunrises. The hotel Breakfast served varieties and delicious food. The room is clean and comfortable. It is good for family with children too. We will definitely return here to relax away from busy environment.

Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. I’ve book the hobbit room type & my child love the concept so much & it is so near to the playground & swimming pool. It just the breakfast place is so far we have to walk from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok & the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.

Not bad pool is clean pool water is also very fast service is friendly

Generally ok if you stay for one night on your way to Taman Safari. Nice mountain view outside. Warungs in 5 min walk. Pool with chilling water. Colonial design. The room would be much better if renovated, but the problem was that other guests were partying with loud Indonesian music until 11:00 PM and started again to party the next morning at 6:00 AM!
