Very satisfied, a very good resort hotel, the environment, hygiene, scenery, hot springs are all excellent, the unknown doorman at the door is very praiseworthy, he took the luggage with a smile throughout the whole process, and Auntie Pang in the hot spring area is also praiseworthy, she cared about us throughout the whole process and helped us with tea and towels

There is a dehumidifier in the room, but it is still damp overall. It may be because of the Qingming rainy season. The water in the corridor was not cleaned up, which caused me to fall. In addition, there are still few entertainment facilities. The parent-child room is priced high but there is no view. Although the scenery is good, I will book another hotel to play here in the future. If I live here by myself, I will not come to this hotel again.

Although I have been interested in this hotel for a long time, the actual check-in experience still amazed me. From the greeting when I got off the car and the help to move my luggage, to the check-in and room upgrade, to the guidance to the room, I felt the hotel's meticulous and high-quality service everywhere. Special thanks to the hotel's senior butler Zheng Jun for his enthusiastic and thoughtful follow-up throughout the whole process, which reflects his good service quality. I sincerely thank him and give him a thumbs up 👍. The hotel has many outdoor activities and is also suitable for family outings. I will bring my family to experience it next time.

I booked two types of rooms, a houseboat and an RV, and they both had different experiences...very comfortable...beautiful scenery...unexpectedly, the service was very good, thank you Master Liu (renting a sightseeing car) for his enthusiasm, and thank you Sister Tian (The waiter in the hot spring) was responsible and polite. I was very satisfied with my trip!
