服務挺好的，有需要服務員回覆也很及時。從北京來跑馬，來不及休息及洗澡，前台小姐姐@曹靜、@韓順英，很熱情的給予了退房延續，讓我的疲憊立馬也沒啦，感受到了淮安的温暖與熱情。祝淮安越來越好❤️

前台服務員主動熱情，老遠看見客人就主動迎接和打招呼。酒店裡麪的設施很好，房間整潔，泳池的水很乾凈，早餐很棒，樣式豐富，特別是水果品種多樣。酒店外面風景非常漂亮，上午圍着湖轉了一圈，很多鳥和野鴨子。正門對面的公園也很漂亮。感覺酒店更像一個度假區。

臨時過路落腳在這裏，還是很不錯的酒店，前台的姑娘和門口的保安大叔都非常熱情非常的好，酒店衞生細節需要注意得加強管理了，房間景觀不錯也安靜舒適，早餐豐富很棒，體驗還是不錯，如果下次路過也會考慮入住
