Great location but not accessible by car, have to walk a bit. So dont drive if you will stay in this hotel. The room was outdated but comfy enough.

My family and I were totally comfortable at this hotel, loved the spaciousness of the room and the breakfast as well! Yes breakfast was more or less repetitive but we liked it that both kids and adults knew exactly what to pick for bf anyway. Loved the pajamas as well!

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of endless shops, restaurants and food stalls. Really accessible to the train station, a lot of nearby Don Quijote, tax-free shops, clothing and shoes stores. The room is spacious and they provided complete amenities, just need to update the television and there’s no English channel but that’s a minor issue. If guests arrive before check-in or want to do more shopping after check out, the hotel has free lockers where you can safely leave your luggages or small bags while going around the area. There is also access to hotel lounge open from 2:30-9pm where there are free drinks and crackers for check in guests. This hotel is highly recommendable.

The hotel location is very convenient if you plan to visit shinsaibashi and the iconic glico man. surrounding are full of amazing food. Its quite convenient to the train station as well. Highly recommended.

Very good location. All eateries and shopping alley just downstairs. Family mart is just next to the hotel. Allow us to deposit our luggages when we travel to Kyoto.

Namba Oriental is located in an excellent place cos it has everything in the area, from a Don Quijote to many variety of food. Many little alleys to explore for food instead of only from the Main Street. Rooms are bigger sized compared to Tokyo but carpeted floors seem to give off a musty smell. Dropped something behind the bedside table between the two single beds and had to pull it out, the dust accumulated there is atrocious.
The garden is beautiful though, day time & night time with the lights too.
