The service was affected by system being down causing unnecessary issues with the booking. Carpet had permanent dark stains which should be dealt with for a branded hotel

So we stayed in the Holiday Inn Preston for 1 night so my review can only really be brief as we didn’t stay for long - but I will say what I found. The rooms were pretty nice with enough space and had tea and coffee and a tv- all expected so nothing special and beds were very comfy. The location was good as it was 15 munutes walk from the train station. Room service was available till 11pm which was great but we didn’t try anything. We ordered breakfast for an extra £20 and it was decent but nothing special- and I’ve had much better as the bacon wasn’t the best. However it did the job and had lots to offer so that was good and not gonna complain. This was double the cost of most nearby hotels so we expected a little more really , but all in all a decent stay and it was fine. Would come again

Staff were great but the matress didnt offer much support, and the window didn’t shut properly so I was woken up at 7am by howling winds and traffic noise

Had a works party in Preston Stsyed at hotel Pleasantly suprised Comforta le v clean rooms and breakfast was excellent Definatwly recommend and stay again

verty quiet in the middle of town nice service.

Suitable for business travelers. It's just like a normal chain hotel, with everything you need. It's just that the bathrooms in business chain hotels in the UK are really small. Used to it.

very friendly and kind staff. unfortunately even on sixth floor there was a fair amount of road noise and noise transfer between floors. usual holiday inn furnishings and standard breakfast assortment. nice level of comfort for a nights stay. For strangers to the area please note the bus carpark opposite is reasonably priced but will only take coins or app payment.
