I switched to this hotel from Lords Hotel which was extremely unpleasant and had a FANTASTIC stay. Was able to check in 2.5 hours early thanks to the receptionist and they gave me a beautiful suite on the 2nd floor. The inside looks like a little flat of it’s own and has practically everything you need. Only complaint was the sink was closed up and the water wouldn’t go down but other than that it was perfect. Location was also wonderful and close to everything. I was able to leave my luggage a couple hours after checkout too which was extremely helpful. Much thanks to the kind receptionist and the manager who checked me in :)

A hotel in an excellent location for a reasonable price.
2 negative things: thin walls (take earplugs) and hard beds
Apart from this it was an awesome base camp to explore the usual London touristy things.

I arrived late last night and received a very professional and warm welcome from the night receptionist, Saladin. The hotel parking was a very convenient touch at such a late hour, and secure. The room was clean and spacious with a large double. On checking out Saladin was still on his shift and kindly offered to make me a coffee before I left, what great customer service!

The hotel is in a perfect location - 5 minutes from the circle line and just a little further for a central line tube. There is parking at the hotel and nearby. The hotel is very clean. We had a luxury room on the second floor which a very spacious and has a small kitchenette etc. however the bathroom is extremely small and the room is extremely warm, even in the middle of November. We needed the fan on and the window open to sleep comfortably.

The front desk/receptionist staff were AMAZING! Each one of them we encountered. However, that was about the only thing that was amazing at this hotel. The location was also nice and was close to what we needed and didn’t seem unsafe walking at night. We stayed in the basement room (600s) and the bed was so hard, the bathroom was extremely small, and there was mold with a clear moisture issue. I would not recommend staying here if you can avoid it. Maybe the other rooms that aren’t in the basement are better, however, I cannot say regarding those.

Highly recommend this hotel for position, cleanliness and helpful staff. The Double rooms we booked had a fridge, 2 burner hotplate electric jug cutlery and crockery. We stayed for 5 nights in one room, came back for a 3 night stay and again for a 5 night stay we had rooms on the 4th floor and 3 rd floor. Each one different in layout, but all were workable. Fans supplied in each of the rooms, beds were comparable and comfortable. There are some much larger rooms and also the economy rooms which are basement level.
