The bed provided a great place to rest, but the presence of mould around the window, unsightly marks on the walls, a shower curtain that appeared to have been haphazardly hung up after being found crumpled on the floor, a mirror with the lacquer missing all around the top, and an unexpected visit from a staff member while we were trying to get dressed were all quite bothersome. For the price of £100, the room fell far short of expectations.

If you don't mind cold fried breakfast and a questionable attitude from a certain member of the reception staff then this is the hotel for you.Very disappointing comparing to previous Premier Inn stays. No doubt that the money-saving method of serving breakfast now used reduces the enjoyment at breakfast time compared to the previous "help yourself" method

Poor experience from check in to check out. I was refused early check in. Couldn't get breakfast as it seems they prioritise Non hotel guests. Rooms are not the "normal premier inn standard" and smelt of cigarettes. Think twice before booking!

Stayed one night as we were attending a party close by. Very friendly staff, comfy beds and a good breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again. We Would highly recommend.

On arrival at the Premier Inn, we had to wait around 20 minutes to check-in. The bathroom in our room was smelly and there was a puddle of water on the floor which I didn't discover until I stepped in it. The following morning, having pre-ordered breakfast, we had to wait over an hour for our breakfast to be served. We had been told on arrival at the restaurant there was a 25 minute delay, which we were happy to accept. Nobody came over during this time to say how long it was going to take. We could see that the waitresses were under pressure and it seemed short staffed.

Improve the check in system please. Other PI's have electronic terminals to supplement the staff desk. Unfortunately, (we arrived at 3pm) due to the queue we didn't get to our room until nearly an hour later. Also despite booking a double room there were only towels for one person, we obtained more from reception. The room wasn't the worst PI we have stayed in but certainly not the best.

Premier Inn wolves central is so convenient next door to Wolverhampton train station and the city centre, all the staff are so helpful friendly and professional, I'd like to mention Peps, Tracy and Lucy who all are waitresses in the breakfast restaurant they are so bubbly so early and make sure we enjoy and have everything we want, everytime I visit they are so warm and friendly makes the stay so much nicer, couldn't be more pleased every visit,

Unhelpful staff. Emailed regarding an upcoming stay. The Premier Inn website clearly states if you have any queries to contact the hotel directly. The staff member who refused to be named, tried deflecting me to PI head quarters. Trying to abdicate any responsibility of their hotel. This hotel is in the running for the most unhelpful staff of any Premier Inn
