We stayed for three nights (4 days), it took a long time to choose a room. As a result, we rented a room with a view of the gardens, and we didn't regret it. I liked: we lived on the 32nd floor, the room had a balcony, the noise of the city was audible, but not annoying. The view from the balcony was relaxing, it's nice to sit and admire in the evening. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The cosmetics were wonderful!!! Coffee, sweets and tea were delicious! It's unnecessary to write about the pool)), it's the icing on the cake. If you arrive early, you can go to the pool, it is very comfortable there. We didn't have breakfast, after reading the reviews that it was easier to have a snack somewhere nearby. I can't say that there are a lot of ”eateries” nearby. Perhaps I would have bought breakfast next time. The transport accessibility is excellent, you can enter the subway from the hotel.

Great location. Very close to Marina Sands Bay, only a block away from the National Gallery Singapore, close walk to the Metro, even a Metro exit directly to the mall this hotel is over, so if raining no need to go outside. The room is small but well laid out, we didnt go to Singapore to stay in a hotel. I like the entry door, they have a small blackboard you can write on to personalize your entry, nice artistic touch. It has a laundry room in the lobby, a work out/gym area. Breakfast is a normal hotel breakfast bar.

I want to a say a massive thank you to the Grand Park City Hall, our stay was absolutely amazing. We arrived early from a 18 hour flight and they let us freshen up and have a shower while leaving our bags securely away while we explored the city before check in. - the staff were all so welcoming and made our stay so special. Even did a little thoughtful celebration card and cake for our Wedding Anniversary. - Thank you so much 🩷🇸🇬🫶🏼💫

My stay at Pan Pacific Singapore completely exceeded my expectations. From service to dining, everything was of a consistently high standard, and the Executive Lounge experience, in particular, was truly memorable.
Let's start with the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the bellhop proactively helped with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff patiently explained everything and thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions and routes. Any requests were promptly addressed, and even the housekeeping staff seemed to anticipate our needs with a subtle touch. This kind of discreet yet profoundly attentive service truly touched me.
Moving on to breakfast – it was a pure joy for someone who suffers from 'choice paralysis'! The restaurant's selection was extensive and the quality consistently high. At the Chinese station, the shrimp dumplings and siu mai boasted thin skins and generous fillings, and the congee was perfectly smooth and rich. The Western section offered freshly baked croissants (crispy outside, soft inside) and authentically delicious bacon and sausages. There were also made-to-order options where you could customize your dishes with various toppings, and the fruit station was impeccably fresh.
However, the Executive Lounge was the true highlight. It offers a spacious and comfortable setting with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. Afternoon tea here was exquisite and delicious. It's a shame I returned too late one evening and missed the evening bar service. But the 'best in show' award truly goes to the Executive Lounge's breakfast! It was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was it à la carte, but the presentation was incredibly beautiful. And to top it all off, it tasted exceptionally delicious! 😋
Overall, the professional service, the extensive and delicious breakfast, and the high quality of the Executive Lounge all contributed to a truly wonderful trip to Singapore. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Singapore!

Our stay was amazing! We booked the hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a fabulous experience. The scenic view, spotless cleanliness, attentive service, complimentary car park at Marina Square, and thoughtful chocolate treats made our stay extra special. The newly renovated room was beautiful, and the pool even offered food and drinks. We enjoyed a relaxing swim before check-in!

i love everything about this hotel from the customer service to the room amenities!
we went for the marina view room so we can catch the fireworks. room and toilet very spacious, toilet has a bidet which is a plus point. bedding was very comfortable! the hotel robe makes you warm and fuzzy. complimentary parking. they provided us with a complimentary cake for our honeymoon stay! we booked the room which includes breakfast for 2 and the variety of food for us to choose from esp since we cant eat the meats as it was not halal so we have alot of choices to choose from - prata, roti kirai, pastries, kway teow

This stay was in a Marina Bay View room, boasting an unbeatable location and stunning views overlooking Marina Bay. We even enjoyed the musical fountain show at Marina Bay Sands right from our balcony in the evening. The Fullerton Hotel is a building rich in history, and its public areas feature a heritage gallery for guests to explore its past. Although the hotel rooms aren't spacious, their layout and amenities are excellent, including smart toilets with automatic flushing. The audio system was a highlight; I connected my phone and played a few waltzes, which perfectly set the mood. While the minibar isn't fully complimentary, the espresso and TWG tea are provided free of charge and are of superb quality. The hotel pool, highly praised by many, offers views of the Singapore River and its bridges – it truly feels like swimming in a museum. Service was outstanding, especially from some of the middle-aged male attendants. Their professional yet gentle manner was a delightful sight, a level of service becoming rare in China. One small detail perfectly illustrated this: during afternoon tea, a lady in our group struggled to use the tea infuser. A waiter swiftly came over. Without saying much, he subtly demonstrated how to use it, slowing down his actions to guide her. It was a most gracious and discreet gesture.

The hotel boasts a prime downtown location, with many nearby attractions within walking distance. While the service was acceptable, the facilities are quite dated, and cleanliness was only average. However, I was pleased with how quickly they resolved any issues that arose. Mandarin-speaking staff are available, and they also provide wheelchair assistance, which is very helpful for elderly guests with mobility challenges. The chili crab at the hotel's dinner buffet was excellent, and the breakfast selection was also very extensive.

SStaycationBearyBooked a room for birthday celebration and finally got to experience the renowned service by the ladies in red! The attention to details was phenomenal.
Room was decently sized and clean. However, we encountered some issues in the room. All of the phones were not working and the main door handle broke. Thankfully, these issues were promptly looked into by the maintenance team and it was resolved within 2hrs. TV has a good number of cable channels and some Chromecast or screen mirroring features, but not all of them are functioning properly.
Overall, we had a good rest and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return again. Kudos to the crew!

The hotel is ideally located in the city's downtown financial district, with an MRT station just a short walk downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. Surrounded by towering office buildings, it truly captures the vibrant and prosperous atmosphere of the area.
The outdoor infinity pool on the 35th floor offers breathtaking views overlooking Marina Bay. Swimming there, you feel truly integrated with the cityscape. Rooms start from 40 square meters, providing ample space and comfort. The soft bedding ensured a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The bathroom features separate wet and dry areas, complete with a rain shower – perfect for washing away any travel fatigue.
Breakfast was extensive and varied, offering a wide selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. I was particularly delighted to find local Singaporean specialties like Katong Laksa – absolutely fantastic! The staff were warm, professional, and efficient. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions. Next time I visit Singapore, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

The ambiance is fantastic – it feels spacious and elegant, is spotlessly clean, and boasts excellent, well-appointed facilities. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and all services were impeccable. We had an early morning flight and couldn't wait for breakfast to open, so the restaurant thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us early in the morning and left it at the front desk, making it convenient for us to pick up when checking out. Five stars!

I stayed in bamboo suite which though might not has the best view but it is rather private. The service is friendly and no frills.
Just a few things to note
1. If you plan to drive and park at meadows carpark; it’s will cost about $36
2. Expect creepy crawlies such as caterpillars and ants especially at night
3. The toilet can be a bit stuffy if you close the window and there are insects caught in webbings especially there are no insect screen at the window

SStannaHotel is in very good location in the walking distance to many main places of interests. We booked a room with the view on Marina Bay and it is superb. Room is small with a very simple design - don't expect something special. However bad is comfortable and all necessary of hygienic amenities are available. Reception in site takes quite long time and better to do this in advance using sent link. Shopping mall with variety of food is nearby, so we didn’t take Breakfast which price is incomparable with local cafes.
