The bathtub had mold and the lamp was shutting down the latch on the door tmb the room is very small. The concept of this hotel is a micro hotel, they should know before booking. The television is also small and has few channels. For the price it leaves a lot to be desired. I do not recommend it.

If you are going to be doing your immigration visa this hotel is literally outside from all of your appointments! It takes all the worry and stress away. Food at the hotel is delicious! Staff is very helpful on giving you advise and taxi transportation! Reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the room didn’t come with and microwave, mini fridge, or ironing board, However you can ask down stairs in the lobby to heat up your food. I would highly recommend this place for peace of mind!

I’ve been here for 7 days possible a couple more,I am at the 5th floor and the elevator broke two days down already.I would offer a one day courtesy to compensate the inconvenient of this issue.other than that it is perfect for business stay.

Its over priced. My room was very small and the bed was uncomfortable. The condition of the bedsheets and the towels are horrible. They're all stained, in bad condition. Don’t let the pictures on-line fool you. There's no little fridge for you to keep drinks in.
The best part about staying here was that its close to the medical office. The employees were also nice.

This is the perfect place if you are visiting for immigration purposes. Literally next door from the clinics and the consulte. The breakfast is great and has a good restaurant on the corner. Walking distance to a mall and many other restaurants and amenities. Great place overall.

Me and my husband recently went for his interview . I found this hotel very convenient we had the clinic and the consulate next to our hotel probably walked for 3 minutes to get to the consulate . Did not waste any money on taxi only for the airport . And they also have breakfast included make sure you get that when you reserve !

This hotel is ok. no coffee maker in room nor available for guests in lobby. No microwave or refrigerator is available either. Rooms are very small so if you have luggage you are out of luck.

This room was really bad. It was not comfortable the bed ******. I stayed there from the September 7 through the 18th. Not knowing they never change my sheets. You only made my bed so I moved out to extended suites, which is way better. Their bed is soft. They have a fridge microwave a mini stove. I don’t recommend Ebis hotel
