We have just returned from LaQuinta, where we spent a wonderful week. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is spotless and your room is cleaned daily to a very high standard. We stayed B&B. The breakfast was among the best we have ever had. The cereals and fresh fruit are superb, as are the cooked items and pastries. The coffee and tea were also very good. We didn't eat dinner here so can't comment on the restaurant in the evening. The pool area was busy everyday, but you can still grab a sun bed. The pool was very warm and clean. There's a lovely beach 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend this hotel and we got a bargain for a relatively high season break.

Hotel stay very good overall but not to 5* standard as in previous years. Lacking maintenance in some areas. Breakfast could be better as it used to be. Evening meals excellent. Good location for the Marina.

We've stayed here a few times now and the hotel is comfortable with very friendly, hard working staff. I would recommend this hotel for a short to medium stay, that offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. There is the harbour a short walk with a variety of bars & restaurants, with the old town of Ciutadella a 15min (EUR 20.00) cab ride, the hotel also offer a free (11am＞＜2pm) shuttle service. Pro's & Con's.. Pros: Clean, Friendly, Quiet, Adults Only, Comfortable rooms, Excellent Spa facilities, Good pool (indoor & outdoor, both freshwater) Cons: Needs updating, some fixtures & fittings showing their age. Bedrooms also need updating, shower over bath Etc. but spotlessly clean! (they do offer upgraded rooms, which have be re-decorated and the hotel has 6 Suites which are double fronted, with separate bedroom/lounge area) Food is good but can be a bit of the same items each night, buffet service with additional main meal menu to choose from (we were half-board) reasonably priced drinks but a few guest chose to have an aperitif on their balcony's provided by the very local supermarket This is a no smoking hotel, although you can smoke on your balcony/garden terrace, I chose to have my evening cigar & brandy down by the harbour... Overall, good, lovely hotel (85 rooms?) spotlessly clean, great spa, good pool area, good local facilities, easy journey to Ciutadella for a change in scenery. Pro-tip: sign up to loyalty scheme and book direct, use Menorcan Transfers (£220 Mercedes private transfer, same as Jet2 cost) Jet2 flight STN＞MAH. 10 nights Mid July, weather excellent.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel, noticeably the quiet as an adult only, plenty of sun loungers. Staff attentive, rooms great and very comfy beds. To be honest our best holiday in a while with absolutely no complaints at all.

We felt that the hotel was understaffed. For a hotel of this standard there were things missing e.g. drinks service around the pool, in the morning the cushions weren’t put on the beds so we just had to go and take them out of the crate ourselves. Again this is not something er should have to do in a hotel like yours. At breakfast time it took time to be served and receive our food and often things ran out on the buffet and we had to try to find someone to ask for the item. On the evening of the Gala dinner the service was dreadful. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing or able to keep track of who they were serving and when they had received courses. We still enjoyed our holiday with you and we liked how the hotel buildings are around the pool with everyone’s balcony having a lovely view of the pool. But the issues I have mentioned did take the shine off our stay.

Totally relaxing holiday, the hotel is calm and peaceful and every thing you need is there. Food in the hotel is lovely so much better than any of the restaurants in the marina. We booked bed and breakfast but chose to dine in the hotel for 4 nights. The Spa is a delight, with us being the only people using it at times. The rooms are big and spacious we had a twin with terrace and it was perfect right by the pool. Bathroom has been mentioned in previous reviews but they are absolutely fine. Gabrielle could not do enough for you along with the restaurant staff who made my birthday. There is a supermarket less than a 3 minute walk away. Beach 5 minutes away.
