Delightful stay in a wonderful town! This is a B&B, not a hotel, so do not expect different. It’s a beautifully restored residence, obviously done with care and love. Francesca was fabulous, she gave us many tips on food and activities. The room was clean and overall comfortable. The location is right in center of town, and you will hear the sounds of that, and the church bells. Bring earplugs or use a white noise app if that bothers you! Breakfast was great, everything we needed. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! We truly enjoyed being somewhere less touristy and loved exploring this wonderful area. Nearby Udine was also worth a visit. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a more authentic experience!

This was in a lovely building. The girl that welcomed us was charming and very helpful. Our twin beds had wooden frames that I kept catching my chins on and they made noise. The shower room was good with nice towels. The breakfast area was lovely and breakfast was good with pastries and cakes etc. We could help ourselves to coffee and tea from the breakfast room kitchen whenever we wanted which was great,

Fantastic breakfast in Italy - until now I thought it was impossible. Now I know better. Here you can find everything your heart desires: freshly cut fruit, cakes, yoghurt, savory items. Very hearty, very tasty! The rooms are charmingly decorated with antique furniture and the location is central.

We stayed one night in a two bedroom "suite". VERY pleasant welcome. Retro furniture. The rooms were ok, but air conditioning was only installed in one room, which prevented us from closing the dividing door. Very central establishment for visiting this small town. A bottle of water would have been nice in the room, given the heat. Very good breakfast with nice products. Excellent croissants and very pleasant service. Coffee prepared to order and very good.

In the center of Cividale, with paid parking, very convenient. The room absolutely inadequate (see photo) for the asking price. The "double bed" actually consists of two bunk beds side by side. The bedroom door is glassed with a synthetic curtain: at 6 am the staircase lights come on, also waking up the guests. No lift. For "breakfast" (included in the price) neither espresso coffee, nor cappuccino etc. The room is defined by the Friuli Region of "superior" category. For the price of a 3-star hotel. Very negative

We were guests of this structure for three days (two planned, one additional because the place was really lovely) and we enjoyed it very much. Really great host, kind and and attentive. Perfect place, clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. Hearty breakfast with characteristic dishes. Possibility to leave the car in the area, outside the circle of the walls

We were looking for a B&B in a historic residence, with atmospheric environments, with staff / owners with whom we could exchange a chat about the area, courtesy, good breakfast, right in the village. I stayed with my son for two nights in this beautiful house from the 1600s, located right in the historic center of this beautiful country that was a real discovery. The stay was very pleasant, Francesca was very kind and available to our every need. Convenient location as everything is close at hand, restaurants shops bars museums etc. The quiet room, the beautiful and functional bathroom but the thing we liked the most is the breakfast! Abundant, varied, fresh sweets, fruit, juices, milk, coffee, etc., wanting salty and fresh sandwiches, all very good. Absolutely recommended.
