Yuhai Elegant Hotel (Ningbo Qianwan New Area Lishi Plaza )

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the receptionist, Xiao Xie, was very friendly and attentive; check-in was quick. The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby, the soundproofing is good, and overall it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I travel!

A very nice hotel. The environment and cleanliness are excellent, and the service is great. A lady offered to help with my luggage as I exited the elevator; I glanced at her name tag and saw her surname was Tang. She also enthusiastically introduced the area around the hotel – very thoughtful and warm! 👍👍 Highly recommended. The hotel also provides free lunch and dinner, and the breakfast is quite plentiful.

酒店前台的環境很好，大堂很明亮，燈暖暖的很温馨，前台還有給客人準備的小零食，爆米花還有咖啡機，佈置的很漂亮，辦理入住也很方便，送餐有專門的機器人，前台小顏服務態度好，推薦大家入住。

房間環境很棒，打掃得很細緻，角落都很乾凈。軟裝佈置精緻，燈光柔和，隔音良好，可以安穩休息。整體氛圍感十足，性價比很高，前台小顏的服務態度很好。

我們的入住感覺很好，性價比超高，我定的是雙床房，房間大，環境新、乾淨。自助簡餐味道很好。酒店服務態度好，總之，我們感覺很滿意，五分好評。

前台服務很棒，特別是前台實習小羅。熱情周到，耐心細緻。早餐也很好吃。酒店位置離利時廣場很近。房間還有智能助手小度，電視也不錯，挺大的。大廳很敞亮。因為退房太早了，下次來的時候希望能吃到自助午餐。哈哈。下次還會去的。

這次入住體驗超出預期！酒店位置絕佳，周邊吃飯、逛街、打車都特別便利。前台工作人員小羅温柔有耐心，入住手續辦理效率很高，有問題諮詢都會細緻解答。

親子房來説整體還是非常乾淨的，我們孩子大了所以沒有玩帳篷和玩具，沙發上的毛絨玩具很大一攤污跡。因為我們住在2層去1樓洗衣服想有樓梯，發現2個安全出口的逃生步梯全部上鎖，這個真的不行啊！如果有意外發生怎麼辦？ 每天前台有補充零食，早餐和簡餐也算可以。
