I chose the Cixi Hangzhou Bay Underwater Hot Spring Hotel for a family trip to Hangzhou Bay. After a four-night stay, I can say it was the right choice. Very comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and always ready to help. Room service was thoughtful and meticulous. The room was clean and tidy. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, and an entertainment room, it's definitely a great place for a family vacation. Jinyuan Shopping Center is just a stone's throw away, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. It's my top choice for any future visits to Hangzhou Bay.

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
