3.7/ 5Grand hotel on a convenient location. It contains two blocks A & B. I booked room in block B which is more affordable. Block A is more luxurious and expensive. Breakfast has variety of dishes but ambiance is not so classy. Room provides good value of money. Overall i had good experience considering the amount i paid.

4/ 5Very GoodThe Empark Grand in Hangzhou Bay is indeed a very nice well appointed hotel, the splendour of the foyer and reception area is delight for the eyes, but seems to be a little misplaced as in the imedaite area there is very little to do! You will need to think about travelling towards Ningbo, where you can find some lovely scenic areas on the way. The check in process was a little long winded in the main due to a language barrier, the hotel has a few English speaking personnel, which also reflects the area. I can only comment on the ground floor restaurant, in which food was available to cater for just about any diet, which was plentiful, nicely presented and tasted good.
