The location of this hotel is good, with excellent restaurants within minutes of walking. The room is spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is a nice start to the day although if you are staying for more than 2-3 days, a change of menu and food options would be great. Overall, recommended!

Just a 20-25 min walk to the city centre which suited us perfectly and near plenty of shops bars and restaurants. Room was very clean with a decent shaker and the breakfast was great too. Staff lovely and very accommodating! Price was reasonable still a lot of money for one night but relatively lower compared to other decent hotels in the area, would happily stay again 

Good location if you're looking to stay near the airport, but I honestly wish we had spent another night in the small Mourneview B&B near Carlingford and made the drive into DUB. This hotel is huge and packed with people. The receptionist was kind, but the line up is long and once you finally find parking, you're fed up waiting. There is air conditioning in the lobby, but not in the hotel rooms. Felt like an oven as soon as you walk to the elevator and the night was long as the room was warm, so we opened the windows and then we had the noise of the busy motorway outside. The room was okay, but then we found gum stuck under the table. The breakfast was the best part, the buffet has many options to choose from.

There is a direct bus to the airport, and the hotel facilities and services are also very good. It is very close to the green line and it is convenient to travel. The fly in the ointment is that there are a few places to eat in Zhouquan. Let's make up for it with the green line

Overall a nice experience especially the staffs are very helpful and friendly! The green concept in the hotel is very good!

I liked the room and the staff were generally friendly. 
But the television in the room did not work, the bathtub was clogged and whenever we took a shower we were left with water up to a little above the ankle. 
After taking a shower, the bathtub was all dirty with the dirt that had gone up with the water through the drain because it was clogged. 
And finally, an employee did not want to heat the soup for my 1 year old son who does not eat all the food.

The hotel is quite good in this area of ​​the UK, the environment is clean and tidy, and it is very close to where I am having a meeting. The hotel breakfast is very rich, but the disadvantage is that it does not change every day.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is within walking distance of three tube stations, and the surrounding banking district is safe and clean. Two Marks & Spencer stores, two Boots stores, and a Waitrose are all within walking distance, perfect for shopping. The hotel facilities are new and clean, and the rooms are cleaned promptly every day. If your budget allows, be sure to order breakfast; it's a buffet, and the omelets, eggs Benedict, pancakes, and English breakfast are all excellent, truly motivating me to get up early each day! My husband had a fever repeatedly during our stay in the UK, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, bringing breakfast to our room and offering helpful medical advice. The hotel is located near the exit of Aldgate East subway station, which is convenient for travel; the service attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly. If you arrive at the hotel early, you can store your luggage first and then check in at the hotel in the evening; the size and furnishings of the room are up to expectations, the housekeeping in the room is very clean and comfortable; the breakfast is a normal English breakfast. There are many people during meal time, and the food is replenished quickly, so there is no problem of not being able to pick up the food. The food is delicious and more cost-effective than the English breakfast in other restaurants; the overall impression of this hotel is good and satisfactory.

This is my terrible experience during my Ireland trip. No aircondition, double lock out of order, iron doesnt work When we reported those issues to reception, no fixing, no room change arranged. 10mins later, they sent me an iron 😔
As viewed, the hotel lobby is nice & good beakfast. Hope they have improvement in future. 🙏

The bed was very comfortable, the twin bed was 1.5 per bed and it was very clean. Downstairs is a gas station and convenience store. The breakfast was very good and the croissant was delicious. There is a little distance from the seaside in Galway, but the transit road is already very satisfactory.
