Lakeside Inn

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. Pros: -staff was friendly and had good communication (they text a day before arrival to notify that the front desk would not be staffed on my arrival date, and emailed detailed instructions for self check-in) -room was clean Cons: -I purposely booked this hotel to have a nice, relaxing view of the lake but instead there were construction materials obstructing the view -there were stains on the headboard and bed frame -the towels and couch were tattered and worn -odd, lumpy pillows -you can hear every noise from neighbors and people in the hall (bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper) Note: because it was off season (December), the restaurant isn’t open

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. They emailed and called to let me know the rooms were ready for early check in if we wanted. Clean, comfortable room with lake view. My only complaint is that the bed pillows were hard foam and uncomfortable. Will definitely stay there again if in Clear Lake.

Beautiful view from lakeside room. Room was small but had balcony. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable for sleeping. Shower door in bathroom came off the track with 1st use. No staff available onsite to report the condition of the shower door. Very quiet room. Location is good. Accessibility to park and restaurants in short drive.

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Very clean room. Beautiful view of the lake. Enjoyed our time. Thank you!

This boutique hotel sits right on beautiful Clear Lake, so the views are absolutely stunning, as are the sunsets. The hotel staff were extremely efficient and friendly from the time of booking to when we checked out. We had a king sized bed room on the upper floor with a balcony and 2 chairs and table, which was great for sundowners. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the room very spacious and clean with modern fittings/decoration. NOTE - all the upper floor and lower floor rooms looking onto the lake also look onto the restaurant and bar, so privacy on your balcony is limited. It's a short drive into town where there is a good selection of restaurants and bars. Overall, we loved our stay and this delightful hotel and will be back!

Loved our stay! Clean, comfortable rooms. We had a great view of the lake, as our room opened out to the huge lakeside patio. Staff was very friendly. We will absolutely be back!

The hotel was great! Great Lake view, and walkable to places in clear lake, including walkable to downtown clear lake.

Pros: Clean, easy check-in, lakeside Cons: Shower was not suited for women, only one nightstand due to size, closet is not full-size, nor is ironing board, very little privacy on ground floor, no desk, noise from hall and other floors was very loud, lobby closes at 8pm, other guests experienced plumbing issues, door lock issues, keycard issues, ripped screen on screendoor. Overall not impressed and would not stay again for the amount they charge.
