As very regular users of Accor hotels we found this hotel to be up to the high standard that you would expect from the Accor group. Clean, well organised and totally satisfactory. However, unusually, the restaurant attached to this hotel is totally unacceptably poor. Admittedly it is not expensive but my “pièce de boeuf” was totally inedible and with so much sinew that even a steak knife couldn't cut it and my wife's piece of duck was equally horrible. The waiter kindly agreed to change the duck for salmon tartare, which, disappointingly, proved to be totally tasteless. An Ibis Styles Hotel should have a restaurant of a far higher standard attached to it. We will not be returning as being on the edge of the town it seems unlikely that there will be a better independent restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. A great disappointment.

We always use Ibis. Mistakenly thought flashy paint and higher price would be good. Wrong. Just a typical Ibis. Tatty room and bathroom - Room 11. Staff hardly smiled. Hugely disappointing at the price. Will use Mercure down the road next time. There was nothing we enjoyed about being there.

Dit is een hotel dat eigenlijk teleurstellend is, onthaal was in orde en na een rit van 1200 km hadden we graag dat de bar open was maar helaas was deze gesloten, gelukkig dat de dame aan de receptie ons toch geholpen heeft. Kamer was piepklein en slechts een klein raam dat niet voldoende verluchting gaf. Ontbijt was voldoende en het uit checken was er niemand aanwezig. Wij maken regelmatig gebruik van een hotel in Spanje van de zelfde keten en daar is het wel allemaal goed, bar en restaurant zijn open voor 18uur en kamers zijn ruim genoeg. Wij gaan hier zeker niet terug komen en uitkijken naar een ander hotel bij onze retour uit Spanje

Je tiens tout d'abord à féliciter et remercier toute l'équipe de cet hôtel, notamment Vanessa, la formidable directrice de cet hôtel qui insuffle l'ambiance chaleureuse, bienveillante, quasi familiale, qui règne dans cet hôtel. Sa situation est très pratique, juste à côté de l'aéroport de Clermont-Ferrand... et à 200 m de mon lieu de travail, 2 jours par semaine. Toutes et tous ont le sourire, sont d'une gentillesse inouïe, aux petits soins que votre séjour soit des plus agréables. Cela fait 8 mois que je séjourne dans cette établissement de façon hebdomadaire, et j'y retourne à chaque fois avec grand plaisir. Les chambres sont très confortables, propres, cosy ; les lits d'une très bonne qualité ; la salle de bain impeccables. Le tout pour un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Coup de chapeau aussi au buffet du petit déjeuner aussi riche, frais que varié, et d'une qualité irréprochable. Le restaurant situé au RDC est idéal pour déjeuner ou dîner : les plats sont bons, et le personnel adorable et très serviable. En somme, un combo gagnant que je recommande vivement !

Chambre rénovée (style mi design mi auvergnat) tout à fait correcte pour un court séjour, double fenêtre, excellente isolation, bonne literie. Accueil aimable, petit déjeuner dans les standards Ibis Style salé et sucré à volonté et largement suffisant.

Parfait déco de la chambre originale et local. La taille est correcte la literie parfaite et l’insonorisation excellente. Douche parfaite. Le petit déjeuner très varié dommage toutefois de ne pas pouvoir déjeuner dehors. Personnel agréable.
