We have stayed here several times and usually enjoy our visits. However, this time the room smelled awful, although the room was clean. The cause of the smell seemed to be a foul drain in the shower. Opening the window (not ideal in December) and using air freshener had no effect. Also there was a motor or fan or similar which started up every few minutes and ran for about 20-30 seconds all the time, so sleep was disturbed. We have a booking here in January, so really hope for better.

Travel for family reasons Choice of hotel for its proximity and a short stay Its reasonable price and services corresponding to the cramped room price, clean cramped bathroom, nothing more. But shower head defective and dirty. But, if I understand it from a capitalist point of view, the multiplication of the price by 2.5 between October 1 to 2 and October 2 to 3 due to a congress in Clermont Ferrand shocks me deeply. In addition, the fact of asking us for an opinion in English with prices in dollars on accommodation in France reveals for me the unethical nature of the chain

Pleasant staff and nice rooms. The restaurant was closed for dinner the evening we were there, but it looked very nice.

Nice hotel, clean and modern, covid controls in place. Staff friendly, polite and professional. Good parking for cars and motorbikes in secure parking at back of hotel. Kettle in room and there were adequate pillows and towels. Breakfast was buffet syle with some hot food avliable. It is a fair walk into the town center but hotel is right next to tram line, trams are regular and cost €1.60. Right next to main hospital where helicopters do come into maybe twice a day. Would stay here again.
