The hotel has charged me twice for the city tax. I've paid in cash the city tax at the time of check-in. At the time of the check-out, a receptionist say they have no record of the city tax payment being in the system. It seems like a fraud.
The rooms are ancient and in bad condition. No safe in the room to store valuables.

I am giving you my opinion to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my stay in your establishment on 06/12/2023, under reservation number ***********.
I checked into your hotel at 3:45 p.m. on 06/12/2023 and everything seemed as expected. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. When I returned to the hotel at midnight, the night staff not only refused to let me into my room, but also demanded that I pay for breakfast. It is important to note that breakfast was not included in my reservation and I had no intention of having it.
This behavior is not only unacceptable but also contrary to the standards of customer service expected in an establishment of your reputation. I was left in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, without any explanation or adequate assistance to resolve the problem.
I request clarification on this situation and, more importantly, corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future with other customers. Additionally, I would like to be informed of the actions you plan to take in response to this unpleasant experience.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously to improve the quality of your service in the future

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean but without a refrigerator. The location is perfect and quiet, the connection to public transport is very good and you can reach the most popular tourist destinations in under 30 minutes. All in all very nice hotel.

The location of the hotel was also easy to find as it was close to the subway station, the facilities were clean and the hot water came out well, the room was larger than expected, and the staff was friendly.

The distance to the center of Paris is a point that you should consider, although there is a metro 300 meters away, it limits your schedule. The rooms are small but well laid out, there was no cold bar which I find necessary. After that, it's generally fine.

Safe, clean, affordable and convenient for a trip to Paris if you don’t mind using the excellent Paris Metro system to get into the centre. Around 5 minutes walk to Marie de Clichy Metro station. Staff very helpful.
