Overall is good, as what you will expect based on what you booked.  However, message respond from the unit/property was slow, which we hope can be improved.  The bed is a queen-sized bed, and not a king-sized bed as shown in the photo when we booked.  I think we stayed for 2 or 3 nights before we moved to a new unit. We appreciated the front desk staff allowed us to change to another unit with king sized bed. During our 8 night stays, unfortunately there was once all 3 units of elevators was down at night, and my poor husband couldn't wait for repair and had to climb up to 22nd floor. However, the problem was rectified soon. One terrified thing happened around 2 to 3am one night, we were awakened by a loud alarm in our unit. We didn't know what to do and called up the in-house security number listed, what shocked us was the answer given by the man who answered the call. When we asked what's happening and do we need to go down, what the man answered is ”Up to you”. We were puzzled! Not long after that, the alarm changed from beep sound to voice telling ”Emergency, Evacuate Now”, repetitively. When we went down, many people, some in their pajamas were already outside the building. Fire brigades arrived shortly, and thank God, it turn out to be a false fire alarm. The next day, there was no any message from the management about what happened.

Not a very good experience:
 1. Dirt on the bed
 2. The stench in the hallway is so bad that you can sometimes smell it from inside the house
 3. Slippers and other supplies are not provided
 If you are a family and want to stay for a while, you may like the large space of the hotel. You will feel inconvenienced if you are just traveling by yourself .

Location is convenient to the central and apartment was clean. There's also a swimming pool, jacuzzi and dry sauna we could enjoy. However, the bed was pretty terrible, with probably no spring in it. the comforter was packed away separately and was not made for us. who would make the comforter when we alr had such a long and tiring trip? slept only with the piece of white cloth that came with the bed.

The room was very spacious and very clean. There is a swimming pool. There is also a washing machine for washing clothes. There is also a kitchen for cooking, but it was not used these days.

The location is good, just a short walk to city, to train station, to local store.
Staff are very nice, I have especially happy that they were trying their best to let us checking in early since our long flight arrived in the morning.
There were enough home appliances. We cooked quite a few times and it was great. Washing machine is fine. The roof top swimming pool looks good.
However, I think the place could be a little cleaner, especially the shower area. There are some mould on the wall and the shower head. Door handle is broken. On the other hand, there are quite some dust on the table, floor is a little bit sticky. The air conditioner is mouldy too, bed sheet has some stains, some of the pillow cases are a bit grey like the colour of dust.
So in general I think a lot could be improved, especially on hygiene.

A late check-in and a little mix-up caused some grief. However, the issue was promptly resolved, and a refund was processed. 
The cleanliness and quality of the apartment was very high. The location and facilities were also outstanding. If I can find another pricing deal, I would definitely stay again.

Location: The location is absolutely fantastic. It's a mere 5-minute walk to the Botanic Gardens, and just 10 minutes to bustling areas like City Hall and Queen Street. South Bank Parklands and the Casino are also conveniently located within a 10-15 minute stroll.

Facilities: As for the facilities, they were quite average. The kitchen equipment was just passable. What's more, the room faced another building, offering zero privacy and no direct sunlight. The bedding was dated, and the bathroom was tiny. All in all, rather unsatisfactory.

Service: The self-service setup was generally okay, but we discovered there was no hand soap or trash bags in the room, forcing us to head down to the front desk to get them. We were explicitly told check-out was strictly at 10 AM, which seemed like a bit of a rip-off. Ironically, we ended up checking out at 11 AM without anyone questioning or charging us.

Very good apartment hotel, the room is large, the facilities are relatively new, may be newly opened, overall more than expected. The location is close to the central railway station and convenient to the airport.

Really clean, modern apartment with excellent views, large space, very comfortable bed, and a beautiful bathroom with a huge shower. This is the 2nd time we've stayed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Fortunately, I came back early to the hotel. It suddenly rained heavily outside. The ground traffic felt blocked a lot. This rain was the same as falling. What can you see from the balcony on a rainy day?
The river view is still different

Great location, very accommodating and friendly staff, spacious apartment for families with essential amenities. It would be great if housekeeping could be a little more regular ie x2 for stays more than 7 days, or at least to help clear trash and change floor towels. Otherwise all good - very comfortable- thanks Collins House for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay at Clixx 108 Apartment!
I had a great experience staying at Clixx 108. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything I needed. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends.

Everything is good, but it's strange that the bathroom shower room has no door. What's more terrible is that there is only a fixed shower head above the head, and the water will leak out, which is not convenient for taking a shower. Everything else is very good

Stayed for 2 weeks and booked a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom room, which was pretty good, very suitable for family stays, and the space was relatively large. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for travel, eating, shopping, and shopping!
