Stay is comfort with very good service and staff is excellent, food needs improvement and choices of food is very less.if we stay for 02 or more days get bored with the food. It is observed that staff is less and they are being exploited as the same staff are working from brakefast to dinner, it looks over exploited, their stay is also far away from the hotel which cause further stress on the staff.

The location is conveniently close to the airport, and the food was very good. The service provided by the staff—especially Ms. Anishma, Sridevi, and JoJob—was excellent. They helped me book the rooms smoothly, ensuring great value for money.

Very near to the Airport, Good for a night stay only. Don't even think of having dinner here. I had dinner for 1 day and the next day I faced the consequences, I was infected with diarrhoea the next day. Worst dinner ever in my life. Receptionists are inexperienced and don't have knowledge of anything you ask and there are no senior executives to assist, untill 10:30AM in the morning. I am Platinum member in Taj so Ginger being a sub brand I hoped this would be good as per the standards. I was completely wrong, rooms are matchbox rooms, food is horrible and service is very poor. Apart from all the demerits I had found here, there were 2 young hard working trainees Anjali & Anisha who were really hard working despite being their 1st Job, they worked very good and provided very good service. I wish them all the very best for their future.
