Hampton by Hilton Sakarya

My second stay in Sakarya, I would say it is the best reliable and clean hotel in terms of price performance.

My wife travels frequently due to her job and we stay in different hotels. Hampton By Hilton is one of our choices. It was the same in Sakarya. It is a hotel that deserves thanks for the careful attention in its welcome, its quietness, serenity, the cleanliness of the room and the entire place, and the staff's hospitality to the guests. I would also like to thank the hotel managers, Melih Mayhoş, Sena Şahin, Cemresu İlkis, Durulcan Ömüroğlu, Nehir Coşkuntürk, Taha Yaşar Öztürk, who work in various units, and all the staff for their interest.

Rezil bir otel. Personelleri ergen gençler, hiçbir sorunuza düzgün cevap vermiyorlar çünkü hiçbir şey bilmiyorlar. Odalar temizlenmiyor, housekeeping çalışmıyor, kahvaltıda sadece patates kızartması var, akşam yemeğini sadece otele gelen turist kafilelerine veriyorlar. Otelin konumu çok güzel ama hizmetleri çok kötü. Zorunda kalmadıkça kalınmaması gereken bir otel. Adında Hilton geçiyor diye, markanın bir kalitesi var diye güvenerek geldim ama pişman oldum. En dandik pansiyonda bile buradan daha iyi hizmet verilir. Hilton markası adı altında geçiyor ama Hilton ile alakası yok.
