Really enjoyed our stay....great staff very friendly and helpful. Just felt a bit rushed during our spa experience. We purchased an Aquapath experience for me and my husband....love the spa but not much time for the amount of money that is spent.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All staffs we met are friendly and accomodating, the room we stayed in is clean. The amenities (pool, gym, restaurant) are great. Would definitely recommend to those visiting Collingwood.

Good hotel. Rooms were very spacious and the restaurant was good. Good location. Nice property all around. Only concern was the room was not ready when we arrived at the designated check in time.

For cleaning: they would charge us if we want our room clean. Most hotels don’t charge. We paid for our stay. There are too items to charge.

I liked the room. It was big and overseeing the lake. Also Nathan who helped us check in was very friendly and professional. But when we called to the receptionist later on a lady answered and was rude and told us we could not use the pool only on reservations. When we called back a few minutes after Nathan answered and was friendly and said we of course could use the pool until 9 that night as after is for reservations. Also in our room there was no hot water in the kitchen and the jets in the bath did not work. Also they do not clean the room daily. So a nice place but they need to upgrade it a bit.

Heating unit had a problem which was visited several times by maintenance staff but unable to fix. Offered a temporary room but inconvenient to relocate everday in a 3 day stay.
