Preppies Place
Some confusion re correct property as the number did not match the one given. Luckily the sign on the wall said Peppies place. Lovely house with all essential items provided. Short walk to the beach which was great. Clean and comfortable.

Great property and location
From the time we walked in to the property we were impressed. It was clean and well presented the beds were so comfortable. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach that is how close you are to the The only thing i would suggest to the owners would be to have light globes in the outside the front entrance as it was dark when we arrived.We will be back. Fantastic location
Great little villa in easy walking distance to Middleton Beach - we had a fabulous week staying here and touring around Albany. Would absolutely stay again.

A very nice stay close to Emu Point
A nice, clean property in a convenient location. Nice bedding and clean too!! I would stay here again. Needs some minor maintenance which will mention to the host. I’d love to have had a dishwasher but that was all we needed. A great place near the beach!!

The villa was well equipped with kitchen appliances, bedrooms were comfortable and the area surrounding the villa was peaceful with good access to beach and walking/cycling tracks.Would be happy to visit again.
