Ein sehr schönes Hotel und sehr freundliche Personal. Frühstücksbuffet sehr Umfangreich. Bahnhof Fußläufig erreichbar und sehr gute Zugverbindung nach Florenz. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen das Hotel sehr.

The good: Staff was friendly. Several blocks from downtown but 30 minute walk to funicular, so keep in mind if walking far is an issue. Bedding was clean and no bugs noticed, although comforter has seen better days. The bad: The bed and pillows are hard, the bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way as it drug on the floor and was broken, the shower is SMALL (and I am NOT a big person!), and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, but even worse was the mold in the shower grout and on the emergency pull. Hallway carpet is filthy and walls need painted badly. The elevators were slow, but stairs are available. One evening meal eaten in the restaurant was not good, but breakfast was ok. We were with a large tour group who had to stay here for a week and very few, if any were pleased. Definitely would not stay here again.

First experience; poor checkin; staff were unhelpful and certainly not forthcoming with hotel information with regard to wifi, facilities etc.. The room was old and dated, with the curtains ripped and falling apart. They only provided one miserable bar of soap. There was no drinking water, we later found out you had to go down to reception to purchase bottles! We arrived late, so it would have been good to be told this upon arrival! If you wanted basic shampoo and body wash this had to be purchased at reception for extra costs. We had mosquitoes in the room, with my husband getting quite a few bites! He spent the night having them buzz around his head!! I just made sure my body was fully covered by the sheets! Breakfast was not bad, but basic cheap bread and stale cereal. On a plus side it is located next to a town with a couple of good eating places. The journey by car and train to Florence town centre took us 2 hours approx.

They staff were very friendly and it gave the feeling of being in a big home to accomodate the whole big family. The food was good and the location was within walking distance to restaurants, stores and transportation. Overall an enjoyable stay! Special thanks to Davide.

This is without a doubt the BEST HOTEL IN MONTACATINI!! My family and I have stayed here 3 times since 2016. And every time it blows us away on how amazing the staff, the Cleanliness, and the breakfast are!!! As a current Hotel GM in Massachusetts, I could only wish my staff was this good. We now make it a point every time we go to Italy, we will make it a point to stay at the Tuscany Inn!!!
