Very central, attentive staff, and spotlessly clean, and having a parking lot is a great advantage. We truly felt the history while staying there.

We stayed here for three nights and loving it. Hotel super clean and staff are friendly. Their garden out front is super cute. Our first time here was like living in fairytale land. A stroll around town was amazing seeing the fountain where Disney got their inspiration for the movie beauty and the beast. Everything was decorated with Easter and every corner you turn gives a warm vibes and it's like being back in time. We are definitely coming back but this time with the whole family.

The hotel staff (especially Emma at the front desk) was exceptional. We arrived early and she stored our luggage, made us feel welcome and sent us on our way to explore. The breakfasts were over the top! The 2 women in the breakfast room could not have been nicer and the food was wonderful. We had one dinner in the hotel and it was the best dinner in Colmar. The rooms were nicely appointed, updated and quiet. I would have liked a separate shower but that is my only complaint. Many thanks-We hope to return someday.

The location is excellent, right in the city center within easy walking distance of all the sites including Little Venice. The private secure parking is something that can usually be hard to find, especially in historic areas so it was much appreciated. The staff were all very nice. We had room #103 which had a separate water closet from the bathroom. There was a very large shower room and a large counter area by the sink. The bedding and the room were stylish, comfortable, and high quality. Our room overlooked the center courtyard. The only improvement I could suggest would be the addition of some USB charging ports, even if they were on a lamp base or something.

A really excellent hotel. All the staff we encountered were smiling, helpful and very ‘down-to-Earth’ - not the aloof superior superficiality seen in so many luxury hotels. Room modern, spotless and comfortable and ample space. Breakfast was just excellent - cooked options and a tray of choices with bag to go for picnic lunch! Staff in elegant breakfast dining room were just a delight! Thank you ladies!
