Aparthotel Adagio Koeln City Reviews

Excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the church. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The family room was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of four. Breakfast was delicious, and parking was convenient. We will definitely come back.

The service is great but the cleanliness needs to improves, a shampoo from the previous occupants is still in the bathroom, and the room is pretty old. The worse thing is no aircon as the climate is still considered cold and it's control by a central system so the room is warm and stuffy. Open the window for some cool air but it was so noisy.

Amazing hotel and apartments!!! Everything is just super, very clean and tidy. Excellent kitchen with dishwasher! On the first floor you can get water and coffee for free. A whole bath, not a shower. Just really great!

1. The hotel is right outside the 132 bus, which is very convenient to the train station. It takes 2 stops and 10 minutes to get there, but there is no 132 bus in the opposite direction, so you can take subways 16 and 18 or bus 132 after getting off the train, but you need to walk a distance to get to the hotel. 2. The hotel has standardized facilities, and the kitchen and restaurant are fully equipped. However, the coffee machine in the restaurant takes a long time to clean and the milk is not added in time, resulting in the coffee being unable to be used twice, and the problem with the coffee machine was not dealt with in time after I told the waiter. 3. When I entered the room, I found that there was waste paper in the bathroom that was not cleaned up.
