Friendly staff, nice room, and a super lovely rooftop terrace. Great checkout time at 12:00 PM, and it was easy to extend it to 1:00 PM. I can warmly recommend it for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely be back.

European hotel rooms are definitely on the smaller side. Initially, we were given a room without air conditioning, so we requested a switch to one that had it. For a hotel of this caliber in Germany, the facilities are generally quite poor, and the AC unit sounded like a tractor. The location, however, is pretty good, right by the river. It's about a ten-minute walk to the city center, as long as you don't mind the heat. Overnight parking costs 20 Euros. Everything else was just average.

The air conditioning was broken and they didn't even tell us. They also didn't bother to clean the room proactively, and there was no explanation upon check-in! A terrible hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel environment is lovely, situated right by the Rhine River, and has a strong artistic vibe indoors, with art pieces even in the rooms. The Chocolate Museum is right across the street, and there's a bus stop conveniently located outside. While it's a little further from Cologne Central Station, it feels much quieter and less noisy. The rooms are spacious, modern, and soundproof. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. Highly recommended!

Great location, very close to Cologne Central Station, Cologne Cathedral, and the Love Lock Bridge, right by the Rhine River. The hotel has an artistic design, which is visually appealing. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. All the staff were very friendly, and luggage storage was free of charge. However, it would be great if they could add an accessible ramp or pathway.

This hotel offers great value for money. It was very comfortable, and the environment was lovely, right next to the Chocolate Museum and close to the Rhine River. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk to the cathedral, about 1.5 kilometers. Public transport here can be expensive, so walking and enjoying the scenery along the way is a good option.

The hotel is great, located right by the Rhine River. The price was reasonable, and I'm very satisfied. Highly recommended!
