Quiet place not far away from the main spots in Cologne. Staff is very kind. Breakfast is very simple though it is included.

The front desk staff was kind, the location was good, and the breakfast was delicious. The shower didn't have hot water, but it was hot that day so it wasn't a problem.

Title: Very Disappointing Stay – No Water, Broken Elevator, Not Elderly Friendly We had a terrible experience at Hotel Leonet in Cologne, Germany. When we arrived, the elevator was out of service, and we had to carry two large luggage up to the 3rd floor — all while traveling with elderly family members. No help was offered by the staff. Even worse, when we got to our room, there was no water at all in the bathroom. We couldn't shower, flush the toilet, or even wash our hands. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. There was no proper explanation or compensation, and overall, the hotel felt very poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families with elderly people or anyone expecting basic amenities like running water.

First night arriving at the hotel the reception guy was very professional, almost made me thought it was gonna be a pleasant staying but the moment we walked in the toilet is constantly flushing. But it was a quick fix so we didn't ask to swape the room. unfortunately the next morning the probelm started again, not to mention a sewer smell from the window, a bathroom door that does not lock, noises from outside, But it didn't end there, the toilet stopped flushing and the guy (different one) at the font desk is not helpful at all. Refused to swap room even if there are rooms free and asked us to wait for the repair guy to show up. If we leave the room first the safety of our property isn't guaranteed which is bizarre for a hotel. Breakfast was bad too, not worth the money. Would not come again

Good hotel and easy transportation, but not recommend to go out after 10 pm if you travel with family

3 days 2 nights trip to Cologne with a friend. Nice place to stay. Good German breakfast. Not in the town centre, but if you don’t mind a little extra walk compared to expensive hotel in town centre, you should be fine. Very old-fashioned elevator. Be mindful if you bring loads of luggage.

Everything was great. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and beautifully decorated.

I don't like one thing is lift is very old style and room no air-conditioning no fan Even. Breakfast is no good enough choice

Even though a little bit outside the centre, the location is still at walking distance (25 minutes ) to the Dom. The hotel is a little dated but every thing is clean and in good working order. And the breakfast is great and plentiful. Very good value.

the room is clean, the owner is gentle and responsive. The only problem is there is no sound proof at all - considering this is a general flat problem, we can still bear with many random noises coming from outside or inside the building. But there are two permanent residents who share the flat with us cooking and talking to each other from 23pm to 1am, just outside our room. we felt weird to tell them to keep quiet as we are the 'temporary guest'. there must be some rules to be set up if the owner wants to mix long-term and short-term stays.

German hotels are getting worse each year, unfortunately. Breakfast - nothing to eat, elevator did not work 1st day, in room everything is very old. Only location is good

This place was very nice. It’s not close the central station but surrounding area was very nice. It’s very close to kolumba museum. Staff and breakfast was very good.

i booked this hotel because all other hotels in Köln with reasonable price were already fully booked. Don't expect much for the price you pay. Hotel is old and street is noisy, room is quite spacious.

Location is top. They give me wrong room. Booked double but got one bed in tiny room.
