No heating the first night, No shampoo the second night. NO HOT WATER nor shampoo the 3rd night. No cleaning service. Awful service, and the reception is just unfriendly, nonchalant and reckless. They just don't care about you. Go away, find something else.

Simple aparthotel with chronic lift issues. Staff very friendly and breakfast/free tea and coffee are a nice touch . Unfortunately the lifts were out of order so it was a difficult stay as a family despite them moving us a few floors closer to ground. It seems to have been an issue for a while given the reviews elsehwere. The location is out of the city centre easily accesible by tram number 2 from La Defense. Unfortunately this tram is very busy at seemingly all times of day (including weekends) so not the best experience with luggage/stroller. The price is good for Paris standards obviously.

Great apartment hotel to stay. Clean, quiet, safe, 24 hours coffee/tea with friendly and helpful staffs.
It is only 2, 3 minutes walk to Grocery market, Patisserie, Boulangerie, T2 Tram and Bus to go to Paris.
Will definitely stay here again when visiting Paris

Simple, pocket-friendly accommodations just outside Paris, 3 connections from either main airport taking more than an hour (RER, Metro, tram) or 2 from central Paris (tram, Metro). I'd consider staying here again if I were in Paris once more.

The accommodation had been overall cleaned and very comfortable.
The door key to the courtyards was not working and I have been shut out… but a kind staff immediately helped me.
Good apartment hotel as usual.
