Customer service was great, very friendly and she made sure my room was what I needed. I had a handicap room. It was very accommodating for my niece. She could get on the bed by herself. She could use her wheelchair in the large bathroom. The only problem I had a problem with is 3 different times, trains going by!!

Check-in was good. Property pretty clean. Not such a good location for restaurants or shopping. Only a couple of fast food places & 2 gas stations. Very surprised when the Trains went by every few hours. I thought it was coning thru the room !!! Breakfast was weak at best. No Eggs when I went down at 8 A.M. I asked and the attendant sais they were done.

The manager Mr Syde "I think thats how to spell his name" was so kind & helpful, after a long drive with rain and traffic. Made me feel re leaved I came to this Motel

Difficult to find in the dark coming from the highway and parking was confusing in the dark but was able to figure it out

Great location and has nice staff. I get it if the property is old, but dirty shouldn't be an option. On the surface, it looks clean but there was black scum around the sink drain, the shower was questionable with the half-used shampoo in the tub..but the rusty towel holder and toilet paper holder? A hole in the wall from opening up the door too wide? And very dirty walls. A gallon of paint and a few items from Home Depot are all that are needed to make this place a nice place to stay. This wasn't a cheap place to stay either. The lighting was so dim, it was hard to tell if the towels were stained. It was just okay for a one-night stay, but I didn't want to use the shower in the morning. This has a great location with a gas station in the back parking lot and a McDonald's in the side parking lot. Breakfast was good enough. But they need to just make some minor improvements so guests don't feel skeeved out.

Clean and comfortable, right off the I-95. They had a breakfast as well. It was easy and convenient.
