Super Nice stay, very big and clean rooms, awesome bathrooms, very nice restaurant with amazing view, big parking lot for self parking but also free valet, staff is super friendly. If you have a room with garden you have wild deer and rabbits on the lawn in the morning. Absolutely nice hotel

Unique setting within Garden of the Gods National Park is stunning. Views of red rock formations and surrounding mountains is unspoiled and spectacular. Close drive to charming Old Colorado Springs and Broadmoor Hotel. Quick transfer from the airport. We had no car, just took Uber everywhere. Loved it.

Didn’t love I couldn’t check in at 4:00. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The room made a lot of noise, fans shaking the walls. Otherwise the restaurant was great. Good location.

Overall our stay was nice….Our room was wonderful and the view was magnificent. However, a few thoughts for improvements…check-in wasn’t available until 6pm and it was frustrating because we were told by the front desk staff they were working on it every time we went to get status.
It was a busy week, with group events that were quite noisy. The dining menu options were limited, and the quality was disappointing given the higher resort pricing. There are not a lot of other venues nearby.
Not sure what if anything could be done to remedy some of the challenges…We were thrilled to get out of town to the mountains and grateful for our visit overall.
