Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia South Fort Meade Area

It’s not bad but they do need to improvements as I saw bugs a few times in the room during my stay there for a week.

The hotel was located in a prime spot. The room was really clean. I would only recommend getting smart TV. Outside of that, I liked that they offered EV charging as well.

UNSAFE and the staff do not care about your safety. Luggage cart literally falling apart and the staff are kind but shady! Do not book here its UNSAFE!

Great staff, very nice room.

The room looked OK, but we quickly found that the cleaning was superficial at best. The counter at service bar counter at entry was covered in a sticky residue (I carry discenfecting wipes) and the bath vanity sink did not drain because a clamp was missing on the drain arm under the sink. Engineer rigged a temporary repair. Our hypoallerge nic Labradoodle detected a scent in the room--$75 deposit evidently does not cover any deep cleaning betweeb pet guests. We were either roasting or chilled asthe Heat/AC unit was temperamental--either cold air or superheated. The 1st floor hallway had a distinct odor of cigarette smoke at the entrance/exit next to our room--exterior access right outside our door. Lastly, the address on my bill is not mine! Hilton "Customer Service" was not concerned.

The rooms were spotless, the staff courteous and very helpful. It was overall was an excellent experience. I'll definitely stay here again.

All good in general, except the shower booth was not as clean as it could be. I saw some hair on the bottom before use.

The room was clean, but one of the beds was broken. There is no trash basket in the bathroom. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good.
