Please stay anywhere else. I travel a lot for business and pleasure all over the country, and this is only the second time in my life I was forced to leave the hotel immediately upon checking in.
The nonsmoking room wreaked of cigarettes , the baseboards, wallpaper, and heating system were literally falling apart, there was no TV remote to be found throughout the entire room, the pillows looked tiny and abysmal. And whenever customer service was needed, there was nobody even manning the front desk at 5 pm on a Friday (I had to use a hotel phone just to get someone’s attention). On top of that I was still charged 1 nights stay despite spending a total of 8 minutes in the room before leaving for good.
