Coffee was better than others and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean except for what I think is construction dust, the staff was friendly and courteous.
The outside had construction dust all around and needed a good power washing.

Dirty and Unhelpful
The hotel is under serious construction. Everything was covered in dust and dirt. All the fire equipment was on the floor. Our beds were wrapped in plastic and we had to remove it ourselves. It took the front desk person nearly 20 mins to find clean bedding for us. The room climate came in one temp- hotter than the sun. We had the AC on in February and still were sweating. No hot water, no WiFi, no phone in the room. The surfaces in the room were sticky and dusty. The “breakfast” was served covered by dirty plastic drop cloths. Save your money - this place is a disaster and should not be taking reservations.
Also hotel refused a refund because I didn’t talk to the person at the front desk TODAY. Apparently the chat with yesterday’s desk staff isn’t good enough.

This hotel is run down and our room was very, very dirty. The beds are okay, but everything in our room was level-10 filthy. I’m not a clean freak by any means. For context, we have 2 dogs and 3 cats at home, so I’m used to some dirt. But the lamps, alarm clock and other fixtures in the room looked like they hadn’t seen a dust cloth in months. Fortunately, we only stayed one night while traveling between Illinois and Pennsylvania.
