I booked this hotel and specific terance suite on March 20th, 2025, I also called and verified and made special requests that same day. I then called to verify everything was on schedule 2 days before I came into town and I get there to only be told AFTER they let me swipe my card for $1300 that my room was not available.
No one had called, or informed me of this change and that was very unacceptable as this room was chosen to bring in my birthday.
Anthony the hotel manager did his best to resolve the situation, which I did appreciate, but it not not negate the fact that this very special birthday trip not at all what I anticipated.
Then I was able to get the terance suite for the second day, but my card was then charged again for $600 for that stay.
Im essence I wish this ordeal was over, but now I have to wait for a refund of whatever amount I guess they will provide me because that was not stated to me either.
For as nice as the hotel is, I would not have expected this outcome. Especially with booking the suite 60days prior to coming in.
My advice would be to make sure you call and speak with Anthony to confirm your stay and BEFORE you pay anything to make sure they have your room information correct. I was also informed after the fact that the staff did not put in the notes of my requests!
Again, I would like to say that Anthony tried his best, but what happened to me should not have happened. Especially on this special birthday weekend.

The vibe of The Junto was amazing - great lobby and bar area. Definitely try to use street parking if you are there on the weekend - the valet and structure parking is really expensive for Columbus. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel that has everything you need. I recommend all of their food options for every meal. Short walk to downtown and also very quiet because it's away from noise of downtown.
