Absolutely unacceptable experience at this hotel. Upon arriving to our room, we discovered blood stains on the bed sheets. We immediately notified staff, and they assured us the sheets would be changed — that never happened.
When we went back to the front desk to address it again, the clerk refused to help, laughed about the situation, and told us we would “have to change them ourselves” because they “didn’t know how.” Completely unprofessional and disgusting.
To make matters worse, our key card never worked properly. Instead of fixing the issue, the desk clerk had to use a hanger to break us into the room. The room phone also did not work, and we were later informed the room had originally been marked out of service, yet they booked us in it anyway.
Between the unsanitary conditions, rude staff, broken amenities, and clear lack of concern for guest safety or comfort, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
