This property cancelled our reservation on the morning of our trip and did not contact ******* to notify us in a timely manner. This property informed us twice to contact the third party ******* for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and ******* was unaware this had happened. In truth, through no fault of ******* or the property frozen pipe had damaged the rooms we were to be placed in. The bad thing was employees did not let ******* know nor us in a timely manner. ******* was excellent in assisting us.
