Repeat customer to this location. Another great stay, but the bathroom lighting needs to be improved. Way to dark.

This property cancelled our reservation on the morning of our trip and did not contact ******* to notify us in a timely manner. This property informed us twice to contact the third party ******* for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and ******* was unaware this had happened. In truth, through no fault of ******* or the property frozen pipe had damaged the rooms we were to be placed in. The bad thing was employees did not let ******* know nor us in a timely manner. ******* was excellent in assisting us.

We had to leave too early on Thursday to have the hot breakfast. We were excited for it Friday. Got down to the dining room and found out there was no breakfast on Friday! Still not sure why there wasn’t. the front desk help was extremely friendly all the way through our trip!

The hotel was in a nice location- we had two rooms booked. Both bathrooms were not cleaned properly, the hotel overall had a musty smell to it. Also the carpet in room looked dirty. The staff was very friendly and nice though.

Property was beautiful! love that they had a Ruth Chris inside of it, and it was within walking distance to the arena. but I believe it was overpriced.

The room was not clean. There was lipstick on the sheets, the toilet had urine on it, and the toilet was broken

Not only were there bees flying around the room (4 of them that I had to kill) but there were bugs crawling around the room. The staff messed up my reservation so I had to wait to get a refund while paying for the hotel room again. Essentially I paid for a 3 night stay when I only stayed for 2 nights. Staff was disrespectful and rude. I was put on the first floor right across from a noisy party that kept me up all day. Had to go sit in my car just to get some time to sit in quiet. This was a really bad experience and I would strongly recommend not staying here.

It was a fantastic experience!!! We were there for my aunt’s funeral. It was very quiet in the hallways and just what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and nice !!! Job well done!!!

The staff was very polite and helpful. If based on staff it would be a 5 star review. The room was clean and it was good for just an overnight stay.
