The service wasn't all that good because I was charged for something that I was told I wouldn't be charged for. They have a lack of communication with each other.

It was under repair and not much for a continental breakfast. Otherwise staff was polite and room was exactly as it was supposed to be. Had a great time.

They charged my card while I was at a concert and once I got to the hotel they said there were no rooms available and I wasn’t able to stay even though they charged my card.

It was very easy to find. But Im not sure why I had to sign for a nonsmoking room only to have **** wafting into my room from the hallways from other people. I was on the first floor and the people were so rude they were partying until 3am in the morning. While I recognize that this wasnt a staff issue, they also didnt do anything to stop it and we were right down the hall from the front desk. When I tried to call the front desk it just rang. I had minor children with me. The room didnt have enough towels. We used a hand towel for the floor bath mat. Bathroom handles were broken. We were only there for one night but I didnt even get the rest I wanted or needed. Check in was very easy though and the lady working was very kind. Check out was easy as well.
