The presentation was awful front entrance appearance look dirty, Room furniture dirty and bathroom was not operating, and it look like the wall next to the bed was repaired but job was not finished, front desk notified about the toilet issue and was told by maintenance technician room was supposed to be out of order. They were fully booked and unable to accommodate king size bed room. Front desk to cancel my reservation without a cancellation fee since it was something out of my control.

Below average. Not sure what scam is letting this hotel take a 5/5 perfect rating on Trip.com with a “””very clean””” seal of approval but it’s not. Smells of smoke, there’s a “do not rent” list a mile long at the check in counter (so you can tell the clientele in the area have a habit of being disorderly.) Room was dirty, hallway was loud all night and a smoke detector low battery kept beeping the entire stay somewhere near our room. For the price all this might be worth it to you, because it’s probably the cheapest option in the area aside from the motels across the street.

The staff was wonderful very kind. But we had some issues with our room. Very outdated and really needs an upgrade for a Whyndam was rather dissapointed. We had exposed electrical outlets which when ya plugged in cell phone and moved the wires the lamp went off. Batt counter sink plug would not keep cord in and kept tripping. We also had a hole in the wall by one bed. Carpet had what looked like gum on it needed cleaning and relayed in spots.

The hotel was deplorable not fit for even an overnight stay. Talked with hotel clerk and 1 night stay was supposed to be canceled.
This hotel should not even be allowed to accept reservations.

Air conditioning was too loud cannot check me in according to staff they cannot find my reservation they also have a dirty bathroom and the picture posted in website is totally not what the place looks. I took pictures of the room they gave us.

Inside the the hallways and walls were scratched up and the ceiling was leaking into a bucket. The door kept sticking making it hard to close and the bathroom had a few roaches. We won’t be staying here ever.
