I book a queen room (2 queen beds and a sofa bed) for 5 people. Only 3 towels, roaches, tv that you cannot use, just if you want to get up to change channel or volume, the remote is unusable, front desk staff are rude when you go to them to bring the problems that you found on your room. For a hotel the parking is completely limited, is very small.

They tried to charge me for the room even though i have two receipts showing it was paid and money taken from my account for it pull out sofa bed was broken and dirty

Ok value. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance. Breakfast was fine.

Was advertised to have a pool. Pool was dirty not maintained and was closed. Check in was a nightmare. Another guest was in the room we reserved. Room wasn't ready until next day for us to use. They put us in another room which costs less.

The check in was quick and easy. Young lady was pleasant. Keys didn't work at first. Hotel had a musty odor. Closet door was broken and clothes were cramped in it. No soap in bathroom.
