We stayed here last year for our anniversary and it was the most chilled I have ever been on any holiday! The room was lovely and had everything you could need and It was so quiet, which as a very light sleeper was welcomed. The balcony was large and had perfect views over the sea. We spent so much time on there. I felt totally zen! The buffet breakfast was lovely, and Justine was so amazing explaining everything to us in great detail, which was much appreciated, as in some hotels you are left to work things out for yourself, which isn’t great for 4-5star hotels. Ange and the rest of the staff were so helpful and friendly too. Our stay was so good that We booked again on our return to the uk, and can’t wait to spend our 10th year Anniversary there this December 2025

A five night stay, post convalescent following a knee operation. Perfect in terms of facilities, comfort of the room and lots of excellent dining options. All of the staff, both front of house and behind the scenes were delightful.

I am evangelical about this hotel. I have never been to Tenerife before and chose it for the weather with no other expectations other than hoping the hotel might be decent. Reader, it was beyond decent. It was exceptional. From the welcome staff with the offer of a glass of champagne, my suite (Junior which I think is their standard) had a gorgeous open plan room with bath, an amazing terrace with sea view, I was hyperventilating! to the excellent buffet restaurant Nao, the pool (I recommend the rooftop pool, it was fabulous) the spa, the service, the delightful staff - not a single complaint. The food was incredible so that even though they have two, Michelin starred restaurants I didn't need to check them out because every night had a different theme at Nao. And every night was amazing! Maybe I'll try them next time because I am definitely going back. I have been so keen to relay my experience, two sets of friends have already booked! Can't recommend this place more highly.

Another return to this wonderful hotel did not disappoint, just served as a lovely reminder of what excellent service and super friendly staff feels like. From Justyna and Laura on breakfast reception has us laughing every morning what a great pair! Bruno in the spa gave a fab massage/sound bowl experience which was incredible. Antonio on reception very helpful. Starfish restaurant team, pool service and food excellent our compliments to the chef. Too many great staff to mention, thanks to all from the cleaners to the management team everyone giving a genuine welcome. Truly relaxing we will be back. Thank you all.

Our 7th time here. Cannot fault this hotel. Service, food, comfy beds, cleanliness and friendliness of all staff is fantastic. Just keep the pool heated please

Fantastic hotel. We had a lovely big room with a view of the sea. We couldn’t believe how quickly they made up the room. Great breakfast selection. Excellent gym and spa Quick walk to many restaurants
