Another wonderful holiday at the Royal Hideaway. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are large with every accessory and cleaned twice a day. A great position near loads of great restaurants. I can’t recommend it highly enough. As an accredited travel agent I always recommend it to clients who want a 5* hotel in Tenerife.

Loved most things about this hotel. Huge spacious suite, but we didnt like the semi open plan design of the toilet. Ok for a couple, but not a family! Also lighting was too complicated and high tech. We stayed for 14 nights and I still couldnt work out the many light switches!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Such a lovely area in La Caleta. The hotel exceeded all expectations and the accommodation was of the highest quality. Staff all extremely helpful. We had a fabulous stay. The breakfast was amazing overlooking the sea!

Back again to the best hotel in Tenerife. If you’re looking for a place to switch off and relax this is the hotel to visit. Special mention for Patricia who cleaned our room what a star she deserves a pay rise. Easy check in and out I would highly recommend a visit.

We LOVED our apartment "villa" duplex with private pool. Servicing of the room twice daily was EXCELLENT. We are VEGANS and had communications with the team well in advance of our arrival, but the kitchen was STILL unprepared despite assurances to the contrary. Once we arrived for our first breakfast though, we were EXCEPTIONALLY well looked-after by JUSTINA who is an OUTSTANDING staff member. We had high hopes of dinners in the hotel but, as vegans, they were VERY DISAPPOINTED! We had 2 dinners there out of 6 and they were NOT GOOD. We found massively better food and massively better value in independent restaurants outside the hotel. One dinner at the buffet restaurant, Nao, with ominvore guests was REALLY BAD! 221 euros for a very poor dinner for 4. Even the ominvores were profoundly disappointed! It's a great shame because the staff try really hard. We think poor management is the issue here because the staff really STRIVE TO PLEASE but they are not given the tools to make that possible.

Lovely welcome on arrival check in was quick and we were shown our room with minutes. The room was lovely with a very big balcony and a sea view . Bed pillows all lovely. Down side to the room the toilet was part of the room. The pool areas are beautiful in this hotel but maybe some background music would give it a nicer feel. A big negative we had was , one of the reasons we chose this hotel was the reviews of the restaurants and were looking forward to try them out . We only managed to eat in one ! The rest were fully booked. This hotel can’t accommodate all its guests for lunch! We did find very good restaurants in the town. Finally there was a cold wind in the evening and there was nowhere to sit inside to have a beer ( unless you’re in a restaurant, which we couldn’t get into)

We were recommended to try the Royal Hideway Corales Suites by a friend who had stayed there before, and we were not disappointed. As we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, we wanted to stay somewhere special, and the Corales Suites definitely came into that category. We had a deluxe suite which was huge and had a full kitchen and laundry facility as standard. Everything about the room was superb including a massive balcony with sun beds, which we took full advantage of. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional and were a delight to deal with. Corales Suites is a high end, lovely hotel and hopefully, well be able to return in the not too distant future.
