I chose a room on the website, and when we went they gave us a very different room. I went to see if they would change it for me and they didn't have a room available. They told me I asked for a double bed, and they bumped into us when we turned around, noises at night, a small TV on top of the table, very, very different.

I've been reading some very negative reviews and I can't believe it. For about six years now, I've tried to go twice a year, to alleviate, not cure, my ailments. That already seems wonderful to me. When I read about pseudo-doctors, I got really angry; I've been suffering from a very debilitating thyroiditis for some time, and one of its symptoms is tremendous eye swelling. After many consultations, both privately and at Osakidetza (National Institute of Standards and Health), it was Dr. Montse who gave me the solution: lymphatic drainage, which is greatly reducing my symptoms. She also discovered a heart murmur in my husband's heart. We're lucky to belong to the IMSERSO (Spanish Institute of Social Security), and our stays are also at a fantastic price, which if we had to pay in full, we might have to take out a loan. The fact is that the treatments have been reduced in time—yes, by 5 minutes, but maybe that's the price we have to pay for it to continue working. Even so, the outdoor pool is open practically all day, and as I say, I'm back to my maternal sanctuary. Just being able to float in it, for me, is enough. Better than the Dead Sea where I stayed, and there I was truly disappointed. The hotel facilities and rooms are decent. I don't care much about the views, only the rooms above the activities room, which aren't well soundproofed, and at night, from calling jacks to playing bingo, you can't rest until late at night. All the people who complain about the food, I'd like to know what they eat at home, and how many dishes they cook daily to choose from. There are things they like more than others, but the variety is incredible, and when they add thistle, I can't order anymore. And to highlight the staff, I want to mention the staff, starting with Laura, who takes our reservations, the medical team, the physiotherapists who provide treatments, Mati, Alicia, Sergio, and everyone else, and ending with the dining room staff, who are absolutely charming and help make everything flow smoothly. By the way, this review isn't a snide comment. It's the reality I experience in autumn and spring. As I often say, they patch up my ailments and Tito will be better for six months. UTTERLY REGRETTABLE. After sending several emails, they haven't even deigned to reply. After traveling to Tudela, we booked four Wellness Circuits on their website. Before paying (BE CAREFUL WITH THIS), they don't offer you the option to choose the day or, of course, the time of the treatment. If the times they offer don't suit you afterward due to availability, they won't refund your money, which I believe is dubious legality. To our surprise, after paying, they called us to offer us the available times (6:10 PM the next day) that didn't fit our travel schedule since we had to return to Madrid. They told me to come back and see if we could fit it in sooner. The next morning, we booked an additional treatment for two members of my family that we paid for separately. When we saw that we couldn't fit the four circuits in, I requested a refund for the amount we couldn't use. They referred me to the email address they haven't answered on two occasions. Regardless, I want to share my impression of the facilities I saw, which put you off returning due to the feeling of not being in the place they advertised. It's completely overcrowded; the spa area is completely jammed together. They run around the edges of the jet pool, breathing down your neck, as if you were going through a car wash while others wait in a chair. It's intended for elderly people (IMSERSO), who are clearly taken advantage of due to their demanding nature, but who deserve respect. I have no qualms about sharing any kind of social space with elderly people; on the contrary, your establishment bears no resemblance to what you advertise on your website, with its sculpted bodies, modernity, and uncrowded relaxation areas. I highly doubt that older people can relax there. Honestly, everything from the paid entrance to the appearance of your facilities is clearly misleading. They should learn more honestly from other establishments in their sector (Puente Viesgo, for example), where they also serve all types of customers (seniors, young people, and families) but don't try to deceive, because their prices (FITERO) don't reflect what you get. And believe me, I don't want to offend with details, comparisons, or adjectives... but I could. Unfortunately, without a doubt, it's a FAIL. I should have read the comments first...

I've been with the Imserso program. I don't know if a single stay would be better. As a hotel, it's fine. Renovated and comfortable rooms with adequate amenities. Food is simple, but good and varied. Very spacious and comfortable facilities. Attentive and friendly staff. As a spa, it's very poor. From the start, you're seen by a pseudo-doctor who, in theory, prescribes treatments tailored to your health. Lie! My wife's health and mine are very different (she has multiple sclerosis), but the prescribed treatments were almost the same and not very suitable for her. They only prescribe three 10-minute treatments (there aren't many more), each lasting 10 minutes. That's half an hour and you're out the door. 10 minutes of lumbar jet; 10 minutes of sauna; and 10 minutes of general bathing in a kind of tub where you barely fit and where hot and cold water are mixed. Of the three, the only truly useful one is the lumbar jet. Of course, they boast a lot about the fact that the treatments are in individual cabins, but I'd prefer less individuality and more variety. A home for very, very old people, food for them is all chopped up, worse than the army cwntobe of the 70s. The outdoor pool is not clean, the cafeteria tables are not clean, a reservation with a sauna and Turkish bath included in the price, but ultimately you have to pay. In short, move on, don't stop there, you would be disappointed.
