The location of the hotel is particularly good. It takes less than 6 or 7 minutes to drive to Rice U; there are many restaurants around the hotel, Jack in the box across the window, a BBQ restaurant is next door, just a few steps away there is panda express, you can also meet the needs of Chinese food, buy There is a Fiesta supermarket next to the fruit and food, and you can buy daily necessities for the children who are in school. Breakfast is simple, but not bad. I stayed for a week without getting bored. Bagels, croissants, cupcake, waffle, milk yogurt, cream cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, meatloaf, bacon, etc., plus fruits, various drinks , Very healthy and balanced. The hotel is also very clean, the entire hotel is non-smoking, so don't worry about the smell of smoke.

Every stay in Houston is here, the hotel is in a good location, very close to Chinatown. The hotel room is very large, the sofa can also pull out a bed, the bed is very large and comfortable, breakfast is a typical American breakfast, it is more suitable for home travel, business trip. Very good value for money, living here is a good choice!

Arrived in the middle of the night on the first night, the shuttle bus to the airport has been off work and taken a taxi to the hotel. The first impression felt cheated, because the compfort inn has been closed for renovation and was pointed to the country inn next to it. But after staying for two nights, I feel OK, at least it is worth the money to transfer near the airport. The American breakfast has gone, the service is OK, although some reception staff are very polite, some are general, different people are on duty every day.

This was a nice clean place and we loved the way they made us feel THANK YOU SO MUCH

Overall, it's not bad. The room is quite big with a sofa. Although the equipment is not very new, the cleaning is quite clean. There is an outdoor swimming pool downstairs, which is okay and the children are very happy. I think the price and location are really good. It was during our stay that they said that there was a power outage in Houston, so the elevator could not be used and we had to carry our luggage by ourselves. I feel quite satisfied. Ctrip is really good, and you can use the reservation program very well abroad. If you want to give Ctrip a big thumbs up, it's very easy to book and check in directly.

The price is average, more than 600 one night, the room is generally like, the location is OK, go to the city center is very close, there seems to be nothing to eat around. The location is relatively remote, there is no convenience or shopping malls around, it is to the city center.

The hotel has a very good environment. There are many restaurants nearby. It is close to shopping malls. It is very convenient to rent a car. It is also close to gas stations and bank ATMs. The lady at the front desk is beautiful and kind-hearted and patiently answers all customers' questions!

The room was spacious and clean and the hotel was quiet and it helped with my stay. It could use better lighting in the rooms but over all very comfortable stay.

The unpleasant smell of the room, room in need of a deep cleaning, and a live roach in the bathroom. Evening front desk staff is not customer  oriented/ friendly.

If you want to shop, this is a first-class hotel with a good location because it is located on the edge of the city. You can go to the city center or arrive in San Marcos early. There are also restaurants nearby, 7 gas stations, and the airport. Approximately no more than 10 meters, the bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious, I strongly recommend families to stay

We had very noisy neighbors and after listening to them fight until 2am I called the front desk. Front desk person did nothing to help with this situation. At 2:30am I got out of bed and went and asked them to quiet down. Should not have been my responsibility. Also my husband stepped on a piece of glass that was on the floor in our room.
