The beach house is situated on an ocean front point capturing spectacular views from every room and is just steps to the ocean. This recently renovated open design west coast home features air conditioning, hardwood and slate floors and stone fireplace. A well-equipped kitchen, down duvets, down pillows and Terry cloth robes and slippers. Enjoy the abundant sea life from the hot tub on your private patio or sit around the campfire in the evening at the waters edge. There are barely words to describe the attention to detail this place offers. From all the places we have rented and played "fake house', this pearl point, is ON POINT!! Such a pleasure and pure ease! From the beautiful grounds to the plush towels, we were pampered! Looking forward to our return. Happy Birthday to me!!

Summer Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house with our two young kids. It is a great location right on the water. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Russ, Terry and Ashley made us feel very welcome and made the process very easy. We hope to be back again when we are in the area!

Relaxing Stay
This house is fantastic, very well maintained and has all the amenities you could need. Everything down to the linens on the beds was well thought of. Of course the amazing view is the star of the property. There is a convenience store and a fresh fish market 2 minutes down the road and there is a town will all the large box stores 20 minutes away which is handy. Would definitely stay at the house again!
