Many problems with this hotel, we have been coming to Mexico for 20 years, PV, Nuevo, Bucerias and this by far was our worst experience. Construction from 6AM to 7:30 PM every day and no compensation for this, as we were not informed of the construction. Very expensive for what you get, the management is terrible and can’t make decisions. The other staff is great, I believe the management needs training. We will not be coming back and the rooms are not set up for long term stays, stay away from this hotel RB from Canada 🇨🇦

Un hotel con encanto Nayarita, está a pie de playa y tiene alberca climatizada, elevador y un servicio excelente, ideal para vacacionar en familia. Son bungalows con unas cocinas muy equipadas.
