The hotel lacks many amenities that make a stay more comfortable. The primary one is there is no coffee in the rooms and you can not get it from room service before the restaurant opens at 7:00am. Our room had one teabag and that was all. There is no kleenex and you get one bottle of water per room for the entire stay per the front desk when we asked for a second one. There is only one chair in the room so if someone is sitting at the desk - sort of a makeshift desk, not a real one - the other person has to sit on the bed. There is no iron or ironing board, very little storage space and the small refrigerator is full of items for you to purchase instead of giving you room to get something you have cold. There are very few hangers and they are the kind that you find in lower class hotels where people are afraid the guests will steal them. In short, while it is aesthetically attractive, there does not seem to be any emphasis placed on the comfort of the guests, and the staff does not seem to care whether the guests are happy or not.
