The resort's location is great, close to the city center, making it easy to get around and visit historical sites. It has a beautiful beach and the staff provide excellent service. If I come back to Con Dao, I'll definitely stay at this resort again.

The food here was good. The location is good also and it is perfect for a seaside holiday. The island is not too large so you can find almost all the needed services around this area.

Nice, neat hotel, nice and quiet, service very neat and friendly, you get a free shuttle to and from the hotel from the airport, you have to email them shortly in advance.

Great facilities but they neglect the beach with the argument that it is a public beach. They do care about the gardens , that vietnamese people uses to take hundreds of photos but apart of it they really do not care. No life guard on duty in the swimming pool. Nobody to tell you were to get beach towels and really difficult to communicate even at the reception. The resort is prepared for vietnamese people that stay in the hotel one night or two but not prepared at all for international travellers that do not speak vietnamese. The room was comfortable and clean but that was all.

This is the perfect location on the beach. The ocean view and pool are exceptional. Been there 4 times and always wish our stay was longer. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. The buffet in the morning is really good.

Disregarding customer service, I went to eat here with my business partner, and the staff showed no interest in me or my friend. When I asked if there were any empty tables, the staff responded dismissively, "Find an empty table and sit down." When I tried to ask for help clearing the table, the staff ignored me, saying, "Wait a moment, sir," and then a male staff member without an apron went to clear another table (which was empty) while we were about to eat. This attitude is reprehensible and requires staff retraining or dismissal. Such behavior damages the restaurant's image and creates a very disappointing customer experience.

Very well located, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very varied, but exclusively Asian. The hotel also offers a tour operator service, but not reliable: a tour ordered in the morning for the next day, confirmed in the afternoon, was simply forgotten on the morning of departure, and without any excuse.
