It's close to the airport, and just a short walk away there's a convenience store next to the gas station, plus a bank a little further on—very convenient.
A simple breakfast is included, and the price is reasonable, so I think it's a great place.
The downside is that power outages happen every single time. At worst, the electricity stays off for hours, and I've had several frustrating situations where the WiFi dropped out mid-business call.
The staff service is good and very friendly, so overall I think it's a hotel I can be satisfied with.

The staff is friendly, but no one speaks English. The facilities and cleanliness are the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. First of all, the room smells like mold, the blankets are thin, there's no refrigerator, and there's no water, so you have to buy it.
