Really, extremely bad for the high cost. Noise was crazy from late at night until around 5am to 5.45 am. Banging music, loud barking, and basketball thumping. Zero windows, just metal shutters and thin window plastic film. Way too cold air-conditioning. Absolutely freezing. Filthy toilets and showers and sinks with super low water pressure. Water in shower in two different locations had water cool and boiling hot intermittently causing pain and discomfort. Continuously raging hot and cool water for the 5 nights i was there. Broken, mouldy,old, rooftop furniture. No frills with very high cost.
Location is useful for getting around places. Alb who works there and was in same room was amazing company. A really nice person.

It was a beautiful experience, every single person I’ve met left a positive impact on me , the concierges were extremely nice and helpful. I truly recommend others to come experience !!!

Ahhh where to start? I had an amazing time at this hostel. I was always greeted in such a friendly way, and the rooms were always cleaned and well maintained by the excellent housekeeper, Edwin. He was so kind and gave great recommendations, and kept the bathroom and room very well maintained and clean. Dinelys and Nina were both so helpful and welcoming, especially since it was my first time in a hostel. I enjoyed my first time so much that I came back for another 4 nights a few days later! And thank God I did, i met some incredible people on my return visit! The rooftop is wonderful, and I felt very at home. The beach is a quick 6-10 minute walk away, and there’s plenty of food and shops around. Will absolutely stay again the next time I’m in San Juan! 🤍🤍

Great hostel, very good location, friendly staff, clean everywhere, rooms are cleaned daily, there is a convenient kitchen, separate toilet and fridge in the room, beautiful and cozy roof with sofas, tables and two stylish outdoor bathrooms. The rooms are large, the stay was comfortable, I liked everything very much! It was only a little chilly to sleep in the room because of the air conditioner, which worked in automatic mode, there was no way to turn it off or turn it down. The rooms have fairly large lockers.

Clean and tidy. Good location. Close to the beach. Large public space. The rooftop terrace is very relaxing. The kitchen equipment is sufficient.

Classic hotel among high-rise condos. Step away from quiet swimable Bench Park. Hot tub is so nice too.
Stuff is nice but front desk is not present often except at night.

Great hostel
Great stay, clean hostel and easy communication with hosts there. Good location with many restaurants and coffee shops and close to a 24 hour grocery store as well as a five minute walk to beach. Rooftop was nice too. Would definitely stay again.
